Horsell FC Christmas break review 🎅🎄
This season saw the introduction of a Reserve team to Horsell FC. Big step for the club as Horsell look to continue growing off their first two successful seasons.
Mike Ziverts was the man who stepped up to become Reserve team manager. Great appointment with Zivs having vast experience in local grassroots football.
Going into the Christmas break the Reserves sit mid table at 6th. Top start for a newly formed team! The reserves have had some great performances winning 5-2 and 9-1.
Some disappointing results but with a lot of new players joining the club, it would always take some time for players to find their feet and gel.
Main thing is the club has gained some brilliant new characters for the Horsell FC party. There’s no such thing as 2 teams at Horsell. It’s one club, one party🍻
The reserves season resumes 8th January and will look to build and improve on their performances. With a more settled side after Christmas, they will look to finish the season strongly and try move up the table!
